You'll never control weather enough for it to be what you want.

I work for the government and they have so many limitations on what their computers can do.

Your best bet would be to search online, and list the traits you want in your profile. Make it somewhat humorous, though, as the list itself will put off many even if they match. I found several women who matched my very difficult set of traits (and my list was similar to yours except for vegetarian, although it seems that many who had the other traits were also vegetarian - I was more interested in someone with a healthy libido! lol). I suggest match.com, which is where I met my wife.
Thanks, good points. I've tried OkCupid extensively, but that site seems to attract far too many people looking solely for casual sex, polyamorous partners, and "friends" with benefits most likely. It's too bad Match charges so much. I suppose that weeds out the people who aren't as serious.

I studied psychology so I don’t know much about it but the fact that they can manipulate it at all is kind of scary.

Which works somewhat, but not without consequences.

That site is even worse than okcupid.

But, it all depends on your local area.

Yes it means less rain for others, raising complicated controversies among neighbouring cities...

If you eat fish, what are you going to do once you move to the west coast, where the radiated waters are continually travelling over from Japan? Seems a worrisome issue
