Waaaaay too many divorced single moms. It's like "really? Nobody here made a good choice?"
They were too easily manipulated by what society thinks they should do by getting married to someone who wasn't compatible for them. They were (are) weak minded.
I'm in a rural area so its more of a dating puddle instead of a pool. I know just about everyone local, who their parents are, who they have been married to, dated, how many kids they have, etc.
I don't have the energy or don't care enough to journey far beyond my puddle.
Im currently in a relationship, but when I was single, living in some of the more popular neighborhoods in the heart of Chicago was absolutely awesome. Not a single complain from me. Never ending supply of young, attractive and available women, and most simply looking to have fun. Even though I do recognize that where you live indeed does figure into your dating success/failure, I would personally never move or let it get in my way. All it takes is being able to figure out what it is that you need to bring to the table in any environment or any geographical location, offer that and succeed at it. In 90% of the cases, it is the same things, and it isn't looks, money, career or what type of car you drive.
no shortage of women here. my only complaint is that there's too many crazy britches.
