Primarily for the ladies out there, what do u think is appropriate age difference for a couple What's the max for you.I'm 40 and I stick to a range of 31-39. Quick story I worked w/ in a clinic and one of my co workers apparently took to me I knew she was younger I assumed 25-26. When other staff made it a point to let me know, and I rebuffed it based on the age difference being at that time 16yrs they all said so what, if to people like one another who cares. The only reason I listed was cause all my co workers were women. I quickly realized that the generation gap was way to much to overcome. So I have no idea how a others w/ larger age gaps do it, another co worker's husband was what 25 or 30 years older, that freaked me out, and she says she loves him but she sure messes around a lot, but says she's got permission.

Default How far UP or DOWN would you go?

In elevator terms heh??

Well, you have to have standards so the basements out.

If say the 54th floor. Middle of the road.

Top floor penthouse suite is too much for my blood or wallet.

Thanks for the analogy.

I am 29. The youngest I'd date would be 26. The oldest 36. (with some room for compromising

However, despite his age, he would have to be smart and driven and respect my values and be supportive of my future career (in law). I am already taken and I believe for life this time so that would be a very unlikely scenario anyway

I'm 29. The youngest I have gone out with recently, briefly dated, was 29. If I were single, I likely would not date or enter into a relationship with anyone under the age of 35.

My current beau is 38. My two previous serious partners were 40 and 42 respectively. Most of the men I have been involved with were between late 30's and early 40's.

I can count six men that I've gone out with that were under 35. Six out of dozens. (since being in the dating scene, that is). The oldest man I have ever gone out with was 43. The oldest I have been interested in, 44.

I relate very little to those of my generation or within my age range.

I think 10 years in either direction would be okay.
