By rights in the pickup I am considering it has the 6.0 gas engine, which has plenty of power. It has a 5 speed transmission, I enjoy running through the gears. It has 4 wheel drive, a necessity. The extended cab with 3 doors is dandy, I would prefer a crew cab. It has an 8 foot bed which is also useful. I could pull gooseneck trailers with ease. I would prefer a Ford with the 7.3 diesel and a 6 speed manual transmission.
I like Ford & Chevvie trucks (the older ones). Look around if you want Ford, you can find a loved/cared for 7.3 powerstroke diesel. I see them on Craigslist & 'The Nickel' free paper at times.
