We went down to an Irish pub just a short distance from the house, had a nice thick Irish vanilla oatmeal stout.

Mrs. Chow had a nice pale ale, we ended up sharing each others...

I think the stout should have been served with a spoon......

They had some large party there, but supposedly were closing earlyish... 10pm... which seem like a shame for a busy Friday.....

I went to go ride yesterday for the first time in two weeks since I tested that gravity still works (got bucked off horse and hit head). I rode without a helmet since mine is still on back order. I was to nervous to be without so I went and grabbed my older helmet. I forgot to close the bathroom day and he knocked it over the trash bag. Lovely stuff spread through the house. I was not pleased with him.

I am working through the holiday week.

The VA hospital has stations where folks can have a breathing mask. They help prevent illness when your breathing among many other people, in crowded areas. Many stores carry these masks.

I hope you are feeling much better quickly bro.

Mrs. Chow's b day is in Jan and we decided to book a little cabin/lodge thingy for her. Should be fun. We haven't done anything fun in a long long time. It was always hard to get away when we had kitty and with her brother being sick made getting away tough, so we thought something was in order.

I still want to build a cabin in the mountains. It is always a great getaway.

Today in the mail was a Christmas card from the bed and breakfast we stayed at last summer. They included a picture of use with their golden retriever and the Sturgis Rally bandana we gave him. The world needs more people like that.
