Here's the followup article that really elucidates why reading a woman's interest level by how much she's investing in the relationship, conversation, etc is soooooooooo important.
Real empowerment comes from never attempting to manipulate people, and only dating people you admire and respect. That's why guys can spend years in the manosphere and still feel unempowered.
The examples in the article show that she was politely uninterested from the very first text. It had nothing to to do with his lack of 'game'.
His failure only came from trying to get a girl who was not attracted to him to change her mind. That works about as often as a girl you find unattractive can change your mind.

Good post. The entire PUA industry is built on this premise, and anyone who actually has experience in the real world, knows it is a complete farce. But I guess the millions of desperate, unattractive men that buy into it need that hope that they actually have a real chance in the mating game.

I'm not wasting my time reading other individuals' text messages and FB posts.
[cliff notes?]
Example 1 is some kid who spends way to much time on Facebook complaining about not having a girlfriend even tough he's a "nice guy". Then he keeps making posts to show what a nice guy he is. Then he gets into mein kampf and gets angry.
Example 2 is some kid that won't stop texting a girl no matter how many times she tells him she's not interested and asks him to stop.
Game is ridiculous. it takes vagina-begging to a whole new level and I ain't taking about Aladdin taking his girl for a magical carpet ride. It makes the man look like a fool, with his canned one-lines and gizmos to attract attention. You ain't a peackcock, son. Women aren't interested in being hit on by men who don't look like this or by guys who aren't bad boy like this
Good-looks will always trump game and that nonsense of Alpha male body language and kino and sarging and the other PUA BS lingo used on Roissy's and Rollo blog are made for 15 year old pimple-faced World of Warcraft Refugees who're trying to impress their equally nerdy friends.
If you want to be treated like a toy, play a game.
If you want to be treated like a man, behave like one.
HINT: Manipulation is not manly. It's weaselly.
