I dumped my Ex about a year ago. We dated for about 2 years and I knew her for 5 years before that.

We haven't spoken since, but we are still Facebook friends.

Anyway.. all the years I knew her she was always very conservative on Facebook. Never posted much. Then a few weeks after the break-up she started posting daily. New pics, tagging herself at restaurants, bars, events, etc. She has been doing this almost daily for about a year.

So every time I log onto Facebook.. there she is.. either a new picture of her with her friends or a picture of her dinner or some other activity.

I'm just wondering why she never did this when we dated or before we dated. Why did it start literally a few weeks after I dumped her? Is it about me?

Another thing is I heard she dated a few guys since me but she never posted pictures of them. Only this new guy who is better looking than me finally got a chance to be in pictures with her. I guess the other guys were uglier than me so she didn't want me to see them?

Yes. It's all about you. Yup. The other guys were uglier than you and she didn't want you to see them. Her entire life obviously still revolves around you. It's a good think you noticed.

She wants to make you mad by always showing up on your news feed.

Just block her for like a week. She'll prolly blow your phone up

Are you being sarcastic?

Also.. is it really impossible for it to be about me? Some people have murdered their Ex's. Sometimes people become obsessed with you when you reject them.

Is she emailing you? Is she stalking you? Is she calling you? Or is she simply active on Facebook? How would she even know if you are looking at her page or her posts? Honestly, it sounds like you are the one obsessed with her.

Yes, I was being sarcastic.

It may not mean anything. My ex was conservative on facebook and the internet in general for years, and then last year, he started participating more on facebook (so our children tell me). He's not much of a social guy. He's probably just doing it out of sheer boredom.

She texted me a few times to test the waters but I ignored her. Then she had one of her friends comment on a 3 year old picture of us together. Its one of the few pics we were both tagged in because like I said.. she wan't very active on Facebook before. Its so obvious the comment was designed to get me to call her.

Why are you looking at her stuff in the first place? Why not unfriend her or make it so she doesn't show up in your newsfeed?

You broke up with her... Unfriend her already. It isn't about you, sport. She's moved on... Don't overthink this. Don't under think it either.
