I'd guess there are communication issues with the OP.
And then, there are roles.... When people fall into roles, it typically takes a lot to break those roles.

Now after 10 years, the OP wants a change?
Time for the OP to get extremely assertive. If you want change, then be dynamic. Staying static and wanting change doesn't work. Especially if you need change.

Communication, and action is required. The one poster that watched videos with their s/o and scheduled 'love weekends' was great advice. If one cant do that, at least do a 'love night' once a month or whatever.

But sexual incapability can be an issue. Hopefully you two aren't incompatible, and more just stuck in a routine.
But he may think things are great there. So he may be sensitive to such conversation if he truly believes he's a stud.

Hopefully the OP isn't faking the O's. That becomes a problem after 10 years of false positive reinforcement.

Time to go find a new copy of the Kama Sutra(probably don't want a used copy since that might be major ew) and start practicing!

Wear a pretty dress when he gets home and at some point in the evening pull a Basic Instinct on him. Be as subtle as you want but you will get his attention. Then tell him what you want him to do to you.

Talk to him, your needs deserve to be met.
Lily, you and 98% other women out there. Its is almost all women who want a dominant man in the bedroom, regardless of their relationship outside of it. For whatever reason, todays feminine men have this Hollywood made up notion that their women want to be handled gently, carefuly, and are deathly afraid to make a move without asking for permission. Men just have to be men, and know that what women really want when it comes to sex is to be reminded of their primal selves. They want pure animalistic release from all social inhibitions. Only a dominant man can provide that.

I'm always open to any suggestions she has to offer. I've always said on here, the biggest part of the satisfaction from sex from me is that she was satisfied. If she wants to try something else, all she has to do is say so.

I think you hit the nail on the head! We have fallen into a routine and it's getting tiresome. No false positive reinforcement...it really sucks when you're almost there and he's done
