Too busy without a reschedule is the kiss of death and is really common. Every girl is looking for the top 10 to 1 percent of guys so you should instead hit the gym if you don't already and find a way to make loads of cash.

Well, we kind of suspect that first part, but to be fair, he's usually extremely shy around women. Can't bring himself to approach a woman. Though he's working on that.
How long has it been since the date? Did you ask for a specific time frame and she said she's too busy? Or is it a "I'm pretty much too busy for you for the rest of my life" type of deal? And why do you think that FWB is on the table?

He's probably very scared of slipping up and saying something offensive. With good reason since you need to pitch a near perfect game to have a chance at anything beyond a first date. Oh well. Cougars or escorts it is for the short term. I really do feel for him. It's sucks.
I'm guessing "too busy" means she doesn't want to see me again for whatever reason. Strange, since she was totally down for a second meeting immediately after the first.
Do I:
a) Drop it
b) Tell her we don't have to date, we can just have a FWB. If so, how would I say this without sounding creepy?
