I always thought perverted was thrown really loosely as a label for someone. What makes a guy perverted to women? For instance, most people would probably agree that if a guy walks up to a woman in public and grabs her breasts that would be a perverted gesture. Actually sexual harassment. But what if a guy decides to have a quick glance at a woman's ass when no one else is around? If you're a woman and you see a guy in Safeway flipping through Maxim magazine is he a pervert? Does that make him any different than the guy that goes into a porn video store? Where is the line drawn? We live in an age where folks are quick to criticize, judge, and label people at the drop of a hate. What do you think? Just curious.
Yeah, grabbing someone in public is beyond "harassment" and would be considered sexual assault by law. "Sexual assault is any involuntary sexual act in which a person is threatened, coerced, or forced to engage against their will, or any sexual touching of a person."
But back to the question, what makes a pervert a pervert isn't going to be something every woman agrees on but, in general, a pervert is a person who doesn't behave normally. Basically that person "perverts" the accepted rules of society. But the accepted rules of society would change if you were in a college classroom versus a strip club versus a grocery store. It all depends on where you are and the socially accepted norms of the people around you. It's very subjective, but some things would probably be nearly universal like flashing, playing with oneself in public, trying to look up skirts, etc.
