So I got a haircut at a new place and a young lady ran up to take me as her customer.
As she is cutting my hair she made that comment in the title.
This got me wondering how many ladies make this sort of comment to get the guys standing.
To help single guys... Would this be a good way of knowing she likes you or is it just a random comment?
Ladies?
Maybe both, hope she made you happy with her comment.
Edit: When I was a sales associate at Victoria's Secret, I asked a guy once, "Is this for your girlfriend? You have fine taste." He ended up spending $80 (don't remember the exact amount) more. I was wondering if he was single, I also wanted him to spend a bit more.

I think they say it to get a good tip. Hair stylists have to be very extroverted to get good tips. She said it assuming that you desire to impress your wife.

No, that does not mean she likes you. When a woman mentions your gf or wife, it's pretty much the opposite of her flirting with you, but she may want to get you to think about making your woman happy. She assumes this makes you happy and she wants you to think happy thoughts.
Maybe both, hope she made you happy with her comment.

Well who else would he buy for there? His grandma?
If I was a pretty asian woman I'd milk those sales to men for all its worth.
I'd hold sexy lingerie up to my body "picture me in this, doesn't it look good? You should definitely buy it" lol..
What would be awkward is when he asks for it in an XXL because thats what she wears.
No woman thinks I'm married, so this comment means nothing to me.
You're right. If they thought that the pity party for you would surely be over.
