I don't think I need to elaborate any further but I swear I've seen more threads on looks this past week then I've seen in the my two and a half years on this forum (or at least as many). What's going on?
Well, there are a couple of posters who have generated several of those. You add to that the usual short guy/tall guy threads, plus an occasional new member throwing in a topic in that general vein, and it adds up to a temporary trend. And I think to a certain extent, those threads feed off each other. People see a topic and create a spin-off from it.
Not sure about what's going on, but I'm amazed at how they always single out one specific feature of a person's appearance and agonize over it, not considering that when you see someone, you're looking at the whole package of that person, not just their height, or the shape of their nose, alone.
Because it plays a big part in the dating scene just like other things that are discussed here...I know the pc police wants to pretend it doesnt and people are just judged by whats on the inside but most poeple arent that naive..

Why now? these arent the first looks threads im sure..if you stay here long enough every topic will be covered numeorus times over its just that alot of the looks threads seem to be made at the same time now but this is far from the first time its been discussed here..
Maybe because it's the holiday season and they can't land the woman they want?
