Somehere, where not where its common to take a date. But you still enjoyed it.
Went to a massive fair once. Not that different, but we went to a house of horrors. Loved it lol
Was pretty damn funny. She was alot more scared than me
Third date with the favorite ex started off at the junkyard. Had a blast wandering around the cars. Then when I was backing the truck up so he could load a heavy part into the back, an old guy asked my date "You gonna let that little girl back your truck up like that?"
My date (and soon-to-be boyfriend) just started laughing. He said "Man, that's HER truck."
I went on a date between my marriages that was a blast. She was supposed to pick the place and when we got there it was closed. It was an awkward moment and I could tell she was a little embarrassed that she hadn't done her homework. I quickly threw out an option that we go to walmart. Each spend 15 bucks on some kids clothes. Pick up a pizza and a six pack. Go to the laundry mat. Wash the clothes. Have some za and suds. Then take the clothes to goodwill.
She looked at me like I had lost my mind but decided to play along. We had a great time. We were doing something kind for someone else. The pressure of having to sit across from one another and try to make conversation was gone. It was a chilled setting. We both felt relaxed. It was cool!
I may even try it again when I'm ready to start dating.
Back in high school I was helping a friend move and my car was on the other side of town. I had scheduled a date with someone a few days before. Unbeknownst to her...I picked her up in a U-Haul truck. At first she thought it was a joke and she asked me what was really going on. Most of the date took place in the back.
A girl took me to a yoga class for a date once. I actually enjoyed it, but I would have enjoyed it more if I didn't have a bean burrito for lunch, forcing me to keep my... core... clenched to avoid an embarrassing release.
Candlelight, actually it was a tea light candle not an actual big candle dinner in my Olds Calais feasting on Jumbo Jack hamburgers and tacos from Jack In The Box.
Old art studio. We did some body painting. Fun stuff.
