I think it true though; most of the time if our passions aren't aligned with the mainstream, people have no interest in hearing about it, much less learning about them.
That depends on who you're trying to connect with. If you're not aligned with the mainstream yourself, then why would you be trying to find a date in the mainstream? I mean, my god we have the internet now. It's not difficult to find people who fit any flavor of weird. There is a fandom or a community for practically anything.
Girls only like guys with good skills....like nunchuck skillz, bow hunting skillz, computer hacking skillz......plus you should be pretty good with a bow staff...
To me, interesting people are those who show genuine interest in others and aren't consumed with constantly rambling on about themselves. They know to to engage in a 2-way conversation where they listen as much as they talk.

It is a good question though. Most of it can be traced back to how good a man feels about himself. I'd say being well equipped and/or having decent amount of wealth go a long way as to be interesting for almost any woman.
When girls say you aren't interesting enough, they usually mean you're not a gangster/thug, don't have a record, don't disrespect women, etc.
Because gangsters/thugs are the only men who can get a girlfriend/wife.

FILLED with commuter husbands, PTA dads, soccer dads, hardworking S.Os./boyfriends, homeowners, etc. who are just itchin' to pop a cap in ya and love to smack the little lady around while she twerks in fear on command.
