Ok, there was a thread asking something like this that I never responded to. I heard some of the most bizarre replies. Guys in their sixties and seventies having it every day and even twice a day. Viagra something I've never taken or needed must really work like a charm! Many people said twice a day every day. That's fourteen times a week. I'm not buying it.
I'm here to set the record straight. Almost no guys can have sex twice a day every day. It's not normal, and it certainly isn't the norm like so many people have made it out to be. I am going to be brutally honest about this. I am late thirties. If I can do it twice a day, it's a good day. Forget about twice a day every day. Even when I was in my "sexual" prime, twice a day was a lot and three times a day was a rare occasion. I've seen countless posters talk about twice a day every single day. Not! Especially if you are a guy. Here's the thing, guys need time to build their "bodily functions" back up. It's damn near impossible for a guy in his forties and fifties, even twenties to have sex twice a day every single day. Those who were claiming this I think either A) They are full of it, or B) They are the slight minority (possibly ten percent) who are sex addicts. Other factors that can alter sex like anti-depressants, some anti-anxieties, etc. etc. also can inhibit low performance.
In my life EVERY girl that' I've ever dated most the time only wanted it about twice a week. Including myself. Yes, sometimes you have it a little more, but it is not the norm. No girl (and I've had several gf's) ever really wanted it that much. Meaning more than two to three times a week. I take that back. I dated one girl who wanted to jump my bones all the time. She was a sex addict. A girl wanting it all the time can also be a turnoff if you are a guy and if you are being honest about it. The girl who was a sex addict kind of scared me to be honest. And I wanted sex with her less than any girl I had ever previously been with or since been with.
I'll give out some inside secrets. Most girls who make you wait at times. Ex, they have a headache, tired, or just plain are not in the mood. This makes the guy appreciate and actually want you even more. That is true of most men. But once again, I was astonished by how many "old" guys at best claiming every day two to three times a day. Yeah right! I don't buy it one bit. Unless Viagra enhances you that much. Trust me, my libido is just fine. I fall in line with most guys and most women. Most people are perfectly content with just two to three times a week. For guys, we need to allow our selves (bodily functions) to build back up.
Last side note: This is geared towards women. If a guy can't get it up for some odd reason, it is 9 times out of ten not the woman's fault. It most likely has nothing to do with her. It doesn't mean that you don't find her attractive or love her. But in some cases it might. Almost every guy if they're being honest with themselves has had performance issues at some time in their life. It could be just a few times or it can go on for a month or even more. Most times it's a "mental issue". The more issues you have, you begin to think that it will keep happening, thus, mentally taking you out of the game. It has little if nothing to do with the woman. If I am overly tired, I might get up, but also I might have a hard time ejaculating. It happens to most of us. So, women, don't take it as a personal slight to how the guy views you. Men and women are just wired differently. But once again, from my experience most women only want it two to three times a week. Certainly not that many times every day. I've only encountered one, and looking back she had to be a sex addict.

How many times do you have sex in a week? Me and every gf I've ever had is usually two to three. I'm not saying some weeks it isn't even less. Some weeks a bit more, but never that much more. Obviously there are going to be exceptions. Sex addicts are the exceptions to most of these norms. At least norms from what I've seen and experienced in my own life. Sex addicts are dealing with addictions. All addictions require a person to need something more than the norm.

I think people want to exagerate their sexual ability to make them look more "desirable". I know a woman who always tell people (especially men) how horny she is. Her boyfriend told us that she is all talk.
I only want it twice a week, maybe three depends on my mood. I feel extra horny right around my period. That is about it. Also, my sexual desire is directly connected to my emotional desire. If I am not in love, I am not in lust. Simple like that.

Thanks for the honesty. My gf and I were just talking about this. Guys would rather cuddle too at times. We just can't always perform. Especially when we are overworked, etc. Life takes its toll. Guys like to cuddle instead of sex at times too. There's a reason that a lot of married folks say we only have it once a month. Yes, that's a bit bizarre, yet honest. I would certainly want it more than that; however, I can see with hectic schedules sometimes these things really do happen. I just don't think that men and women should be intimidated by what I would call pumped up false bravado. If I was a virgin today, I would be intimidated to think that everyone has it fourteen to twenty times a week.

How come every women I've ever dated were about the same. I'm not suggesting that there weren't weeks where we had it much more. But that wasn't the norm.
