The OP is a man. He has another fun thread about lying about his age!

Oops - got this confused with another thread... Never mind...

It's not like you run around like that everyday lol

I prefer you the way you look normally:

I wasn't trying to "bash" anyone. I find the phenomenon of make-up really peculiar.

Why? It's been around for over 100 years. It's not exactly a "phenomenon."

I call it a phenomenon, because it has sort of "magical" effects. Some colored powder and goo…

Well nobody is forcing you to wear it. Problem solved. You're welcome

It only affects my attraction to her if it is a band-aid for an underlying self esteem or self worth issue. I casually went out with one woman who I considered stunning, despite acne scars from childhood acne. She wouldn't hear any of it. She had to apply massive amounts of makeup every time she went out, even if it was just to put gas in a car. The first time I saw her without makeup, it was a surprise and she screamed and ran into her bathroom. She has a cult-like following of men on her social media accounts, she thrives off the positive attention. She spends hours photoshopping every picture; in addition to applying so much makeup that her skin looks unnaturally smooth, everyday, 365 days a year, sometimes multiple times per day. It is a self defense mechanism for underlying issues she has.

I'm a lip gloss only type of guy, and admire women who are comfortable in her own skin, regardless what imperfection/s she might have; because we all have imperfections.
