Not upset but it makes you wonder what's up with those reinforcing their sexual attitude/lifestyle and trying to get you to accept the ''sowing their oats but now he/she changed'' as long-term relationship partner. I would understand it if you had that past yourself and then start complaining but when you didn't, I've noticed some still try to get you to accept them as if that's how it should be.
I'm applying the general rule. Those that have a more stricter sexual attitude and only want it on long-term relationships will not hope right into bed upon meeting someone new for a very short time.
