As for me, generally Yes (and for the record, I myself am an agnostic who admires certain aspects of the Jewish faith/religion and/or culture). If this woman's (I am only interested in dating women, at least for now) views are not too nutty, then I don't particularly care that much what religion she is just as long as she is not a Scientologist or something like that and just as long as she does not try/attempt to force her religious beliefs on me, on our future children, and/or on any other family members of mine.
What religion? People are religious, these days? I'm with you, OP; there are aspects of Judaism that are interesting. As long as I wouldn't have to go to church or temple regularly, and as long as their religion didn't find its way into the conversation very often, I'd be ok with it. As long as they weren't in a cult. And sometimes it's a fine line between legit religion vs. cult.
I'm a free agent and pretty much not affiliated with any particular team.... I'd have to have a woman that can go free agent if she needed to and wasn't too locked into her contract with said team.....

1. Many people these days are at least nominally religious.
2. Yes, certainly. Since I was born in Israel (Yes, I am of partial Jewish ancestry/descent) and lived there for eight years, I got acquainted with certain aspects of Judaism when I was younger. Of course, it would probably be nice for me to get more in touch with my Jewish roots in certain ways.
If you don't mind me asking, are you yourself Jewish (by religion and/or by ethnicity)? I know that Ruth is originally a Jewish name (heck, I myself have a Jewish great-aunt who currently lives in Israel and who is named Ruth).
3. Agreed.
What exactly would you consider a cult? Scientology? What else?
Absolutely and people of the Jewish faith have been marrying Catholics for years.
I think that one of the partners in such marriages has historically converted before or during this marriage, though.
Obviously if one is willing to date someone of a different religion than himself/herself but wants this other individual to convert at some point later on (if the two of them will not have already broken up by that point in time), then such an individual should vote "No" in this poll here.
I am not partial to any religious denomination. I wouldn't have a problem with her religion as long as it didn't need to directly include me.
For some people the reliance on religion helps make them better people. I could never squelch that.
