I don't have the time to write down ALL the silly things my SO does..but the one that cracks me up most is that he was trying to make a burrito and couldn't think of the word 'tortilla' so he asked me if there was any burrito bread left.

My bf called his sister on her cellphone yelling "Did I leave my cellphone in your home?"
I was just sitting quietly on the sofa and watching, uncertain whether I should laugh at it or concern that he was loosing his mind.
Note: it turned out that he was really stressed out that day. So he is sane, y'all! Although I still cannot fathom why one would dial a number on a cellphone that one was looking for.
We decided to go to a tree farm one year to cut a Christmas tree down ourselves and it was the coldest day of the year. I gave him an Elmer Fudd, red-plaid hat and he wore it like a badge of honor - everywhere and in all season's. I'd come home and see him mowing the backyard in the summer in a pair of shorts and he'd have it on. He'd sneak it in a grocery store and then disappear and then show up with it on in an aisle I was in. Made me crack up every time.
One Christmas season he did something and looking to apologize, he got this little miniature Christmas tree and spent hours trying to get a whole string of regular tree lights to stay in it. I came home when the house was dark and empty and the little tree was on my kitchen counter lit up.
My husband is goofy, especially with the kids. "Outsiders" don't get to see this side of him though sometimes I wish they could.
He's got a very witty, dry sense of humor though. He'll come out with something completely asinine and I can't help but laugh, even though he's straight-faced.
