It's honestly not as much as it sounds. When you consider how available sex is in the gay community, and how men generally pursue sex more aggressively, it makes sense.
It's been a few weeks for me. But I've had period of a few months here and there with none. I'm 29 years old, gay, and have had over 70 sexual partners in my life (intercourse). If you count oral, then that would be about 350 partners. I'm not kidding, either.

I'm 36. I lost my virginity at 27. Then I went 5 years without sex. And my current rough patch has been 4 years. I don't see it happening ever again, but I'm asexual at this point.
