Oh, maybe you're talking about a food processor??? Yeah, I use that too, especially to grate large amounts of cheese. It's so quick! Zip, zip, zip and a large block of Costco cheese is grated like that. Ahh technology.
No, it's like a vegetable peeper with teeth. A few wacks on a beet and carrots and you those little squigglies you can add to a salad.
