I had a mandolin and almost cut my finger off. I have a small julienne tool. Going to get the veggie curler off Amazon in a couple of weeks.

I also have a ninja blender that I use to chop things real fine. I almost done need my food processor. I love kitchen gadgets if you can't tell.
