The bartender at the bar. what is she doing? (alcoholic, alcohol, second)

Just going to get to it.
I frequent a bar by my house I go mon-Thursday after work and stay tell closing.
Got a new bartender about 2 months ago. She works every night I go besides 1.
I create a tab Everytime. The first month was normal maybe a few drinks off the tab..
The second month she has been asking me to stay with her until she leaves. Also i am drinking about 8-10 beers every night and seen she has only been charging me for 4 This was about 4 weeks ago and persisted for about 2 more weeks.
These last 2 weeks id ask her what do i owe she replies "what you are you talking about"
So what's going on ?

It seems to me you're not the only one drinking. I dont see her being a bartender very long if she cant remember tabs.
