Crushes are normal, since they are general more of a projection than reality. They can turn problematic when people don't understand them for what they are and inject more fantasy into them.

How about if she's a gal you've seen at track meets, you looked at her bib number, looked at the results to see which name corresponds to that bib, and then Googled her name, just out of curiosity?

I really don't think that's getting into the 'weird' realm yet. Maybe it would start getting weird if you added her on Facebook and sent creepy messages telling her how hot she is. Or you start legitimately stalking her.
