Yesterday I caught myself looking over at a skinny guy in the gym. I wanted to use an incline bench for dumbells, but wasn't able to at the time because he wanted to lounge in it and do curls with a weight that didn't even look like he was putting in an effort.
I bet he posts on forums calling himself a "hard gainer". No bro, you're just a puss.

Lol.
Earlier this week a guy feel asleep on the incline bench after two sets. After 5-10 mins, got up, looked in the mirror, flexed a bit, and went home. Yeah, he killed the workout, Lol.
Sometimes I see women looking at me too - but often it means nothing because it is not that they are looking AT me - they are looking TOWARD me - and maybe their mind is entirely somewhere else.
In a gym - there is likely few places you CAN look without looking at someone!
So do not assume that someones eyes pointing in your direction means they are looking at you - or are even aware you are there at all.
Sometimes I catch women at the gym looking at me. I look away and when i look back they are still looking at me and yet they never smile. I always wonder what they are thinking and is it good or bad. I know I am doing nothing wrong as I mind my business while working out. Any ideas of what this means/why they do this?
Maybe they were thinking, "Hmm...I could lift him and the weight he is lifting..."

So, what does it mean when you look at them?
