Move to hip and trendy areas of NYC, Boston, San Francisco, DC, LA or Chicago where you find career driven, educated head on their shoulders heavily indebted, pretentious and superficial women who try to stay fit. In middle America you will probably run into plenty of out of shape divorced or in and out of relationship single mother ladies.
If you like the nurturing side of women, and I know this is a generality, be careful about finding women who don't want kids. Make certain they have that gene if that is a quality you want.

I've lived in San Francisco Bay Area. Career driven is in any major cities and even small ones.
When I looked at OCCupid, the list was very low these types of women. They were mostly Single Mothers with at least 1 kid.
