Besides, I'm not "overthinking" the importance of a second date, I've just never been asked to plan a date before. Most guys I dated planned all of our dates, so I wanted to come up with a fun idea and I thought I'd ask for some suggestions. There's no harm in it. I'm still gonna do my own thing regardless.
I'd second a good, firm hug with a kiss on the cheek or even a peck on the lips. Follow that up with a really nice, genuine smile and then go on with the date!
Or, if you're really wanting to send a signal, a good tongue kiss accompanied by your hand grabbing him between his thighs will surely signal your interest and excitement for the evening...
