You'd think this would be a no-brainer. I guess some dudes think it's cool. OP, how old were you and the date? Could be an age thing, too.

Same here. I can deal with a little playful swearing, because it shows the person isn't too uptight. But there's a line, and a classy person knows where that line is.
I think maybe my date was trying to act cool out of nervousness, but it backfired in a big way.
Those words are used by me. With my buddies when were camping, drinking being as my wife calls it pig man from hell. But on a first date? Not good.
Right. I understand that guys will be guys. But like I said and as you pointed out, there is a time and a place for that, and a smart guy knows which is which. A first date, or any date really, is not the place.
