You don't remember the ideology wars over Maoism vs. Leninism/Stalinism? They were hardcore. Besides, China's smart enough to know what would happen if it pulled the plug on the US. And China's economy has slowed down tremendously, lately. It can't afford to rock the boat. It also happens to be sending unprecedented droves of students to get a fancy American higher education. China and the US are joined at the hip.

Yeah, I know. My post earlier alluded to the fact that Russia & China have a history of being on-again, off-again. You never know what to expect. But soon, China will be dependent on Russia to some extent, for natural gas. That could get interesting.

Like I remarked earlier. If you don't find your wife in High School or College, your chances of finding quality is low.
