Maybe let me rephrase this. He most likely knows women do not poop flowers and candy but at what point in a relationship eg time spent living together are you comfortable enough to let him know you poop and if so what is the extent? Pooping with toilet door open or the extreme, pretending you are showering, running the water so he does not hear because God forbid a man knowing you poop will turn you into brother & sister?
I lived with a man for 13 years and he never saw me go to the bathroom, for #'s 1 or 2. I don't think it's necessary to share everything, a little mystery is good.
Good grief how in the world is this not common knowledge assuming all men and women are humans and all men and women have the same bodily functions naturally.
It is not something that needs to be discussed so everyone is clear on the when's, where's, why's, and how's to be sure that everyone is clear on the subject.
Lol I was embarrassed in my twenties to drop it like it's hot, but in my 30's I'm pretty sure most men know if the lady is in the rest room for awhile.

Don't flush, leave your lucky logger for him to see, and he'll know you actually take craps. Lol

How did you achieve this? I know a woman who used to get into the shower/toilet and pretend she was showering. Then he ran into her, covered in mist & doing #2
I put toilet paper down the toilet before taking Number 2 even in my own house as I hate splashing and sound.
