Never heard that expression before, and Google was no help. The gist of what you are saying is clear but "like a turn" is unfamiliar to me.

False Larry! Heh heh! I know guy friends whom turned into romance interest. Women see all different kinds of things in men. You show that you have compassion and decent women will flock.

This statement goes against your earlier claim that it's asking guys to "give these women what they want (emotional support) without expecting anything in return". Seems more like the guys don't want what they get in return (emotional support, companionship, friendship) perhaps because their sole/main motivation is sex.

(I presume the sisters took turns doing the guy but I don't know how that specific arrangement worked.) Clearly her hormones were more important than my time, and not only was I not good enough for her, but she didn't think I was good enough for anyone else as well.
You may however that doesn't change my statement. So because she opted to have sex rather than find somewhere else to live that equates to not thinking you were good enough for her (as what...her friend....are you unaware that some friends blow each other off for sex?).
