College towns will have lots of women that age, but SO few looking for boyfriends.
Utah will have a ton of women looking for boyfriends (and husbands), but there is a high LDS population...I don't know how that would factor in for you.
As a very general rule, the more rural the environment, the more likely you are to find someone in that age range who's prepared/motivated for something monogomous.

Yes just one. But I've never had one and I don't want a repeat of that bad luck. Not one girl has liked me (at least that I know of) where I live. I suspect MAYBE one but I'll never know now.

You think women in other zip codes will see something in you that not a single person in your own zip code can? Why do you think that? It is really just bad luck?
Surely there must be other factors at play as well. Why don't you work on those first? I get the impression you are not ready to move away from your parents' house at the moment.
May I suggest spending more time with your female friends, and making some new ones of both genders.
