Is this a guy you haven't met in person before? I may be overly-cautious, but you may want to meet him somewhere rather than have him pick you up.

If it's bad, the 30 min will seem like 4 hours. Even if it's really good, I'd cut it off at 3 hours or so. Gotta leave them wanting more and leave on a high note.
