Yes and I had lunch with one of them recently but we don't spend the weekend at each other's places. Plus my female friends have boyfriends. This girl is driving to see a man and didn't reveal if he was single or not

I don't know about the whole male friend thing but do people in the States really drive five hours to see one person? In Malaysia after one hour in the car everyone starts grumbling, lol.

3 days ago I decided to start ignoring her to test her interest and it seemed to make her more aggressive. After ignoring the first 2 texts she sent a 3rd one last night asking..."are you ok"
I think she's either banging the other guy(likely) or is testing you. Either way, I'd bounce immediately.
