Yeah, that one is 2 bedroom, nearly 1800 sq ft. Though it was designed as a single unit, essentially it occupies the space of two units.
Yeah but it's about $165 a sqft, compared to the other units which are around $140 a sqft. I just can't see there being a dramatic difference in the units, unless it has a lot of upgrades.
The price difference is crazy and so is the person that would pay that much for it! (no offense if you paid that much for your unit )

They did a lot of cosmetic upgrades to it. I don't think they paid that much for it. The original listing new was $395,000. I also has a garage space.
At the peak of the market our units were going for 450k... damn.. I wish we could have sold then, would have made a killing.
LA is one market where the condo's are significantly cheaper, I've looked at several metros in the south west and am surprised that condo's seem to be a little bit more competitive with housing... the only thing I could think of is supply and demand, must less condos around and for those that want that style living they have to pay for it... it certainly isn't that way here in So Cal.... homes are way more money than townhouses and condo's
