I'm glad the bands I like from the 90's are old enough to be playing the fair and festival circuit. LOL Got to see Diamond Rio in Deadwood tonight. Still love 'em!
I wondered if Friday the 13th might actually bring good news this time. Nope. Spilled boiling water on myself and stubbed my toe at work.
I am still exhausted from all the activity and driving in recent weeks for appointments, surgery, physical therapy, blood work, xrays, etc. etc.
Also our eating habits have not been the best since we have been eating out a lot more than normal. Not fast food at all but still not home cooked either.
I miss my kitchen and my cooking.

I hope things go well. I know how you feel.
We've been going through a lot of stuff that last 5 yrs, been a few deaths, long drown out illnesses, strokes and we've got some extended family members with two kids with extreme illnesses that require special care and are most likely going to have greatly reduced life spans...
Every yr we wonder when things are going to get better and every yr have been coming up short. Some yrs actually getting worse than the one before....
Not trying to turn this to me... LOL... just letting you know Mrs. Chow and I get what you're going through.

Those clips were good. I think it takes some time to get to a place where you can think about spirituality, it's a thing that some people never think about and for others it's a goal to get to that place.
The thing is is that people have a hard time being still. Here. Now. I know I struggle with it, my mind races about all the millions of things I have to do and work issues, paying bills, blah blah the "suchness of life" as Eckhart once said. We get lost in our minds and we think that we are our minds, but we're not, we're the watchers of our minds.......
The times when I feel the most at peace is when my mind is empty and I'm "here".....
