I don't doubt there are women who do this, but I think some guys just want to generalize all women as being that way because it makes it easier for them to push their own agendas.
Because most women do it to some extent. And when a significant portion do it, you ruin for your entire gender. When s**t shaming was in full force, you didn't have these issues. You keep sex for committed relationships, you avoid these problems.

Speaking the truth doesn't make you bitter. But you only ones who use the bitter line are women and guys who struggle. Once you accept things for what they are, you'll live a happier life
I can honestly see where the men are coming from with this. I would be a bit upset too, if a woman made me wait 90 days to bang her, but let the previous 5 guys she dated have sex with her right away. I can see why that would be unsettling. Might make one feel insecure or like something was wrong with them since he was the only one that didnt get it right away.
But there are so many circumstances that could factor into her decision to make him wait. She might have changed and matured. She might have wanted to try a different approach to relationships since her previous approach didnt work. She might have regretted the way she conducted herself previously, and didnt want to make regretful decisions again. I could go on and on but my point is that people are allowed to change. And with that they can change their approach to relationships. This doesn't mean that it's about that man or that she's trying to trick him. It could simply mean she's evolved and going a different route.
I do think that, she does need to be honest with a man about her sex history if he asks her about it. But she shouldn't be shamed because of it. And if he is so insecure and bothered by it, then he doesn't have to wait, he can always move on.
I had the same stance that I did when I was 17. Wait until a relationship and a foundation is built before having sex. I always maintained that. Recently I changed my mind. I have evolved. My ideas about sex have evolved. It's okay that this happened. It happens. If men are so insecure about sex and how quickly it happens they need to date virgins or women that are very conservative. Or they can get over it and move on and accept that there are some women that won't put out as quickly as they want.

That's funny. Because after my evolution, I determined that women (and men too, really) are better off having that foundation, before having the sex. It's safer emotionally and physically, and if you know how to please yourself sexually, "having to wait" is a non-issue. Only guys/girls complaining about it are the ones who are god awful at masturbation
Within reason, of course, waiting at least a month or two is a good idea. Or at least waiting until you know each other well enough to commit to one another, lest an unplanned pregnancy show up to ruin all the fun
