They just put that there to avoid frivolous lawsuits. You have a MUCH greater chance contracting hiv with a condom on. And that chance of hiv with a condom on is unbelievably low, like getting struck by lightning low. HIV infection rate having unprotected sex with a condom on a single sexual event is less than 1 in 100. Just look at studies with positive/negative partners that have been done.
You have a better chance of getting hit by a car crossing the street than getting a woman pregnant who is on the pill.
Maybe she thought she was your girlfriend and not your plaything. No form of birth control is 100%. If you are having sex with a woman in her fertile years this is the risk you take. If you want regular sex get married or you can pay a professional where it's understood there will be no ramifications.
At this point she has a choice and you have a choice. I know it's a shock to men that an activity they consider recreational can produce such a life altering consequence. In the end she will do what she wants and you will too. A child is a precious blessing whether you think so or not now.
