It's obvious many guys are hanging around here hoping for love. But it can't happen if the guys can't see you, girls. Most young misses have their profiles set on "only for friends". Maybe that's strategy, I don't know, but I guarantee you you'd get dozens of inquiries from guys if you had your pics available.
Just curious why in a relationships forum girls (and some guys, granted) don't show us what they look like.

I would assume so it eliminates those only out for looks. I've seen plenty of people out pics out there, it's usually those looking for "no strings attached" situations.
This isn't a dating site. More particularly, this specific forum is to discuss intimate relationships, so why are pictures necessary for people to talk with each other?
Trolling for dates in a largely national (and somewhat international forum) is pretty much a longshot. My pic is on here, filled out my info, but I haven't bothered to put a post in the personals subforum for just that reason.

This isn't a dating site, so there's no point in it. I don't even have my pic on my dating site for that matter, because I'd much rather a woman become interested in my personality than my looks.
For people saying this isn't a place to find dates. Look at the personals section...
It doesn't make sense to post pics I you are not involved in those activities on this site.
