It's a fact that people long ago when young got standard knowledge...and this is why they get dates..so I want it also...
So, the knowledge all other guys got handed when they were 13/14, can I get it? if not, why not?

Okay, in order to get a date...
You see someone, you go talk to her. If she doesn't seem receptive, then move on. If you find a woman who is receptive to talking to you. Talk about things depending on context. You could talk about the place you two are hanging out at. Ask about her. Let her influence the conversation. That way, you are less likely to run out of things to talk about.
Then after about 3-5 minutes, let her know that you are interested in knowing her better. Suggest a place to meet together. She'll either agree to it, or not.
Basic knowledge. Maybe there is more to it, but I guess I'm just tired.
