Yes. I know women who have been single for a very long time (40+ years) and do not feel ashamed of having sex outside of a long term commitment. They have also reached the age of not caring what others think.
I don't know about 100 guys, but I knew a couple of women who bragged among their friends of all the guys they had sex with. And they were collecting as many notches on their belt as they could. I don't know how many each one had slept with by the time she got married. They started out in their teens, though. To them it was a sport.
