Hey guys. Got a question. I've been out of the dating scene for 14 years, so, I'm a bit, err...rusty I guess. OK, so I'm pretty terrible at reading body signs and clues and subtle hints. I've been going out on these "outings" with this girl that works in my building (not my department though). About 3 weeks ago we started hanging out. Its great! We do a lot of fun things together like road trips and basically getting me out of my "comfort zone" so to speak. We enjoy each others company, and when we are not together, we text, a lot. So, is it weird for me to text her (won't really see her for a few days) that I want to kiss her? In my mind its screaming "YES WEIRD", but reasoning that due to our work schedules, which are completely different, that asking her at work may not be the best course of action.
That's what I really want to do, but I'm not sure when the next time we will actually have time alone. I had held back texting her the question of "what if I wanted to kiss you". And it feels like an eternity the next time we hang out, which will be Saturday perhaps. BTW, we are both shy. She more than I.
and then this chick is sitting in a corner somewhere wondering "why hasnt this guy tried to kiss me, doesnt he like me, am i too fat..omg"

next date get a bouquet of spring flowers....anything but all roses....As you greet her, hold the flowers about face high, step up to her, and as you lower the bouquet to her waist, as she looks down to see what's up with the flowers, lean in and give it to her. Short, sweet, and see the reaction....you are asking her with the kiss, see if she responds, and continue....whatever you do, drop an Altoid prior, and don't have sweaty hands. Oh and don't try to throat her with your tongue.
