That's it. No individuality. You are ALL one of these four classifications...

I guess I sort of form opinions of what people would be like in person, from reading their posts. I have even tried to imagine what many of you good folks look like. One thing is for certain, I have enjoyed being a part of this forum, thus far. And the relationship forum is my favorite. The political forum is my least favorite. I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has responded to my threads. Everything I've ever posted has been true, but sometimes I just want to rant about something going on in my relationship that doesn't suit me. Sometimes I get blasted over it, but if everyone thinks I need that, well, then I probably do. Anyway, Happy Holidays everyone!!!

Still won't let me give you rep! This is very funny and I sort of do the same thing...my categories are more Mary Tyler Moore Show:

I divide women into Rhoda, Mary Richards, and Georgette

and men into Lou Grants, Ted Baxter, and Murray Slaughter.

I once, briefly participated in a forum that decided to use that YakPak voice thing, so you could hear each other while you posted.....well, it definitely wasn't something that worked for me.....there were a lot of folks that could type fine, but their grammar in person was horrendous!

The problem with an audio track is it would reveal at work that the busy computer time is probably NOT work related!

Dennis, rant away....reason being, sometimes when we so close to a situation, we are invested mentally and it is difficult to know what to do...it doesn't hurt at all to get some other insight on a subject, doesn't mean you have to follow everything we all say to the letter, but sometimes, it just helps getting it out...and the problem solving comes with time and experience.

So, if someone blasts you, consider it, this way...they are telling you how they feel...and maybe you struck a nerve, something they experienced which left scars....

It is always wise to do what is best for everone concerned, and not just for us....but that said....write, write, write your heart content...that is what these forums are for....social skills, interactions, inspirations, and leaning how to communicate...ignore those that blast you, don't take it personal...take it like somebody really cares about the both of you....right?

Love to you and yours and Happy Holidays...
Creme

I suppose I'll have to switch to television and give up books because if you told me so-and-so was acting like Murray Slaughter, I'd look stupified.

If you told me someone reminded you of Doug Heffernan, I'd have to search out google.

But if you told me someone wrote like Lawrence; talked like Harrison, laughed like Mae West and looked like Garbo, I might get it.
