Hey guys, I live in Phoenix, so right now, anything involving outdoor activities is going to be difficult because of the heat. So this will basically be a first date. I mean, we have gone on several "outings", but could not call it dates. Tomorrow, will officially be the first. Not sure I should consider the " outings" as dates, but its a safe assumption to call them "outings". Anyways, help me out. I'm thinking of going to a movie first (she wants to see Jersey Boys I think its called), then maybe some miniature golf, fallowed by a drive up to south mountain, of which overlooks the city, with a bottle of white wine. A great view! How does this sound? Too much? Too...cheesy?

That sounds like a lot for a first date. And movies on a first date are boring...

Well, I made plans to pick her up right after work. I would love to do miniature golf right away, but it would be difficult to enjoy in 110 degrees. So that's why I was thinking of movie first.

After work?? Take her to dinner, then mini golf when it is nighttime. A girl's gotta eat!!

Then you can interact and talk to each other rather than sit quietly in a movie theater.

Movies are bad first dates. 2 hrs of non-talking.

Take her to dinner at a nice spot... then if things are going well suggest the bar afterwords. That's what I did on my most recent and it went great.
