Women and "Heel Height" (dating, husband, partner, average)

Short guy problems. I'm what one would consider.. "below average." I stand 5'7-5'8, depending on the day. I'm still by no means a midget.

Anyway, lately since trying online dating I'm noticing the "heel height" requirement on a lot of women's profiles. You're 5'5 but you require someone taller than you in 4" heels? Really???!

I'm 5'9.5" and have gone out with men who were shorter, usually around 5'8". I tended to prefer 5'10", but it wasn't a strict criteria.

Most of my partners have been right around my height, so that meant being taller than them in heels. No big deal.

My husband was 5'7" and I am 5'4" and I was taller than him in heals. He had no problem and neither did I. I went out with a guy that was 5'4" too.
