If she works hard to look and act sexy (it should come naturally--whether sporting a turtleneck or whatever), she will be hard work, and probably a big dud in the bedroom.

If a gal has to purchase her good looks or appealing body parts, that usually means she is suffering from deep self esteem issues. Regardless of the amount of surgery she puts her body through, more often than not, she will never be happy with what she sees. That unhappiness usually translates this way: bad lay. And unfortunately all the fake goodies just end up part of an elaborate smoke and mirrors game.

If she's confident in her own REAL skin and body, then you are usually in for bedroom fireworks!
