I've never seen a Canadian rise in the morning, but I bet before they put on there flannels and eat stacks of pancakes, they spend a moment thinking of those poor grains.

This is why I refuse to eat whole wheat bread and it's ilk.
Also similar to the stories of grain that leaks out of rail cars.....spilled on the tracks for miles. Poor lil guys.
