Frankly, I'm waiting for the mechanical bull trend to take off. I got on one of those several years ago, and every muscle in my body got worked in the minute or so I was on it. And apparently, it turns out I'm pretty good at it. Go figure.

The other night she and her workout partner went to this fitness club that focusses its workouts toward pole dancing and other "exotic" methods of working out. She even shot me a short video (which I will not share with the class but trust me...it's hot) and said she wants to get a pole for our bedroom. Our bedroom is large enough, so...
At any rate, this is all part of her emerging self image and confidence that has come with all her weight loss in the past 3-4 months. It is exciting for her and it looks to be getting pretty exciting for me as well! (I may have made a reference to being able to supply her a pole if she wanted to show me some of what she learned.)
This could be a fun way to spice things up in our future. Ultimately her being happy with herself is its own reward. But the 2nd and 3rd order effects are pretty nice, too.
Now if you'll excuse me, I have to get online and order some new "furniture" for our master suite.
I've been asking if I can install a pole in our house for many moons and the answer I get is "not a chance". My wife actually did the pole dancing aerobic class too. Jealous
