On their own I don't tend to find them as attractive, but it's fine. Her body, her choice, etc. If I'm dating her I'm interested in more than her boobs, and if we get to a point where I'm touching them then I don't really care how they look. She's happy, I'm happy.
Modest women don't have the need to cosmetically augment body parts.
You're making assumptions. I know a few women who got it done after they were done having kids, and breastfeeding, because breastfeeding made their boobs look deflated and they didn't feel good about themselves in bathing suits or nude. Every women who gets this done doesn't go up to 40EEE, many women get them done without making them huge, and their are varied reasons for doing it that can't be generalized.

But in all seriousness, fakes are more fun to look at than to play with. They just feel unnatural (duh).
But, what I don't understand is the women who get fakes where it looks like someone slid a softball under their skin (Victoria Beckham). Those look bad and very unnatural.
