I f'ing LOVE that an anti-geek OP has grown into a geekfest of a thread .

Yeah, I'd have to throw out the level 80 Paladin. There's no excuse for not being 90, the expansion's been out FOREVER. Lazy lazy lazy.

Meh, PvE is so boring. My level 90 Mage can out dps almost anyone in PvP. I am a bg queen!

I did some BGs, but I never really did a lot of World PvP because all of my friends played on a PvE server, and I never really got into the group ranked PvP stuff since I was so focused on the Raiding aspect of the game, and they just patched in the 2 spec/class thing before I left the game.

I really liked PvE because I was really into Warcrafts story, which I played through the Warcraft games before Blizzard released WoW. The fact that I could play through some of those story lines excited me the most, the PvP really didn't do much for me. And I do agree, some of the raid bosses were super boring, but there were some really fun and interesting fights, like the Kalecgos fight in the Sunwell Plateau. Super fun and interesting fight. Brutallus, on the other hand, just a hardcore gear check at the time, and most guilds couldn't move on from Brutallus until the patch that made all the bosses in the Sunwell Plateau 30% easier.

I was a PvEr too for the most part. I would do PvP, but my main passion was raiding. I liked the story and the challenge, but mostly I liked getting in Vent with a bunch of other people, shooting the breeze and having fun. I started raiding when my daughter was young and I was stuck at the house at nights, alone. It was adult interaction

I don't raid anymore... or at least haven't in well over a year. I haven't played much of anything either. I just haven't found a new game I like. I played "The Secret World" for a while (really good and full of puzzles. First time I ever had to decipher Morse code in a game! Plus my knowledge of ancient Egypt came in handy too at one point, lol)
